What we need :

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, autonomous, organized and team-oriented person, as property management is above all a communication business with customers, suppliers and your colleagues. have a logical mind and be able to analyze a problem in broad outline while remaining attentive to the details.

You have a university education, ideally in the field of Management but you have a particular interest in real estate. You are fluent in English and French and are in perfect command of one of the two languages. You are comfortable with reading legal documents and you master the computer tool.

Your principal mission:

  • Respond to the requests of the directors and co-owners of your property portfolio.
  • Manage the daily needs of the building by controlling the successful completion of maintenance and maintenance contracts that you have previously studied, negotiated and validated with the Board of Directors.
  • Supervise the activity of the building staff (concierge, superintendent) or service providers on the building.
  • Be in support of the Board of Directors for more complex issues, bringing ideas, experience and Sequoia processes.
  • Having a sense of service and a willingness to support the customer are essential elements in this business that requires energy and a significant investment in time.
